Working outside of conventional structured environments inspires me. I find value in differences and highly encourage the divergence of viewpoints. To me, non-traditional backgrounds are a source of inspiration.

Open exploration, discovery, learning and collaboration are all features which I highly value. I love everything about ideas. From brainstorming in open formats, to structured ideation, to converging into applicable solutions, to testing and operationalising them. I’m a strategic thinker, but moreover, I’m a doer. I like getting things done and bringing ideas to reality.

I’m a people person and I’m convinced it is only by working in close-knit teams, built on personal trust, that results can repeatedly surpass expectations.

Not having enough time is the number one complaint of the modern world. It’s our go-to. “I’m too busy right now” is the preferred gadget in our internal Swiss Army knife of excuses, quickly deployed at the first glimpse of a challenge arising.

Empowerment, control over work, and healthy efforts/rewards balance are positive stressors that contribute to a fuller life. Doing work that matters is a source of happiness.
